7 Days of Loving Self-Talk

Day 1 — Awakening Awareness
Practice: 3-minute breath awareness. Listen to self-talk without judgment.

Day 2 — The Gentle Pause
Practice: Take 4 mindful breaths before reacting to self-criticism.
